Greg Thatcher; Plein Air Artist

Welcome to my gallery. It features “pleine aire” drawings in pencil, pen and ink, mixed media, and prints inspired by the avenues of yew trees in Saint Mary’s Churchyard Painswick, Gloucestershire, England. I am fascinated with these trees and I try to work there yearly on location. I received my BFA in printmaking from the University of Victoria B.C. Canada and my MA in drawing and painting from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon Canada.
